About Simply IP
The install side of a two company team.
Simply IP is the physical half. We survey, cable, fit, commission and look after the systems a business runs on. KLYK, our sister company, is the digital half. Between us, one enquiry covers the lot.

How we work
Survey first. Nothing is quoted from a phone call. We walk the premises with you, understand what you are trying to protect or connect, and check what the building will and will not allow. On bigger jobs the design is drawn on your floor plan with the kit marked on it, so the quote you get is the plan you get.
Quote you can read. The quote lands in your customer portal with the drawing, the kit list and the price, and you accept it there. No surprises on the invoice.
Fitted properly. Cabling in containment, not the quickest route. Every camera in a junction box, every port labelled, every cabinet tidy. Engineers check in, follow a checklist and photograph the work as they go.
Tested and explained. Before we leave, the system is working, the people who use it have been shown how, and anything you need to do next is written down.
Documented and looked after. The plan, the photos, every device with its serial number and warranty date, the patch schedule and the user guides all live in your portal. When something needs attention, you raise a ticket and follow it through.
Straight answers
We would rather tell you something you do not want to hear at the survey than after the kit is on the wall. If your insurer needs a particular grade of alarm, if your fire risk assessment calls for a category of system, or if a job needs certification we would have to arrange, we will say so plainly and tell you how it is met.
We do not invent testimonials, we do not claim accreditations we do not hold, and we do not put a price on the website that we cannot stand behind.
Where we work
We work from two bases. Scarborough, on the Yorkshire coast, is where Simply IP started and where much of our day to day work is: Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, Bridlington, Malton and York. Sheffield is our second base and covers South Yorkshire: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster, plus the wider North and the Midlands. Multi-site rollouts take us wherever the estate is: we have worked from the far north of England to Wales for the same customer.
