Retail has its own rhythm, and the systems in a store have to fit it: cameras that see the till, the cash office and the stock room clearly; a phone system that reaches the shop floor with a tannoy; Wi-Fi that keeps the handheld scanners connected in every aisle; and cabling that does not need ripping out at the next refit.
We fit all of it, and we fit it across estates. For a chain, the value is consistency: one design that works in every store, kit pre-staged so it arrives configured and labelled, days planned so several stores go live in one trip, and a handover note to each store and to your IT team. Head office follows the programme in a rollout tracker in the portal, and every store has its own page with its kit, its patch schedule and its phonebook.
Cameras are placed to cover the points of loss: tills, cash office, stock room, loading bay, staff entrance and the car park, with number plate recognition where the car park needs it. Phones are 3CX with paging and tannoy on the same system, so a call for assistance at the tills is a button on the desk phone. Wi-Fi is designed for the store’s layout with staff and guest networks kept apart.

Questions people ask
Can you do this across all our stores?
Yes. Store estates are some of our most regular work: one design repeated per store, kit pre-staged, days route planned so several stores go live in a day, and a tracker in your portal showing where every store is up to.
Do you work around trading hours?
Where it matters, yes. Cameras and cabling can often go in around trading; a phone switch over is planned for a quiet time with a call forward in place so the store never loses calls.
Can head office see all the stores?
Camera systems can be viewed centrally across the estate, and every store has its own page in the portal with its kit, serials, patch schedule and phonebook, so head office and the store manager see the same thing.
What about our car park?
Number plate recognition cameras cover entrances and exits, and colour at night cameras cover the bays, so incidents in the car park are as well recorded as those on the shop floor.
