Offices & Professional
Structured cabling, Wi-Fi, access control, cameras and phones for offices and professional premises, with the Microsoft 365 and IT side handled by our sister company KLYK on the same enquiry.
An office fit out is where having one team for the physical side and one for the digital side pays off. We run the cabling, build the cabinet, fit the Wi-Fi, control the doors, cover the entrances and fit the phones. Our sister company KLYK sets up Microsoft 365, email security, endpoint protection, connectivity and ongoing IT support. One enquiry, one plan, and you move in with everything working.
Cabling and cabinet. Cat6 or Cat6a to every desk, meeting room and access point, terminated and tested, in a cabinet with a labelled patch panel and the schedule kept in your portal.
Wi-Fi. UniFi access points designed for the floor plate, with staff and visitor networks kept apart and a console you own.
Doors. Paxton access control for the front door, floors and the server room, with fobs that are cancelled in seconds when someone leaves and door events logged.
Cameras and alarm. CCTV at the entrances, reception and car park, and an intruder alarm zoned so the office can be armed while the cleaners are still in the kitchen.
Phones. 3CX on the same cabling, with desk phones, mobile apps and softphones for people who work from home part of the week.
Whether you have your own IT people or want KLYK to take it on, everything we fit is documented in your customer portal and looked after afterwards.
Questions people ask
We are moving office. Can you do the whole fit out?
Yes, and it is the best time to do it. Cabling, cabinet, Wi-Fi, door control, cameras and phones go in before the desks arrive, and the Microsoft 365, email and IT side is handled by our sister company KLYK on the same enquiry, so you move in with everything working.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Of course. We hand over the network with a labelled patch schedule and full documentation in your portal, so your IT people can pick it up without tracing cables.
Do we need cameras inside the office?
Usually only at entrances, reception and anywhere valuable kit is kept. We will say if we think you are about to fit more than you need.
What about the old phone lines?
The analogue network is being retired, so any office still on traditional lines needs a plan. A 3CX system runs over your internet connection and works on desk phones, mobiles and laptops, which suits hybrid working.
