This site is run by Simply IP, the trading name of Simply IP Security Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14532474. Our registered office is 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. We collect as little about you as we can get away with.
The contact form. When you send us a message we receive the details you type: your name, how to reach you and what you wrote. We use them to answer your enquiry and for nothing else. Because Simply IP and our sister company KLYK share one enquiry route, your message may be handled by either team, and by both when a job needs both. The message is delivered to our inbox by Mailgun, our email provider, and a copy is kept in KLYK Digital’s secure system, as set out below.
Messages you send through the forms on this website are kept in KLYK Digital's secure system, so that we can keep track of them and reply. They are deleted 24 months after they have been dealt with.
Email. If you email us directly, or we email you, we hold what the correspondence contains: your address, what you wrote and our replies. We use it to answer you and to arrange and deliver the work, and we keep it no longer than the job and our records sensibly need. Our mailboxes run on Microsoft 365 and our email signatures are applied by Exclaimer; both carry our messages for us and do nothing else with them. Our emails are meant only for the person they are addressed to, so if one reaches you by mistake, please tell us and delete it.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will sort it.

Cookies and analytics.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across other websites.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
