Retail & Multi-Site
Cameras over the tills and the stock room, phones with a tannoy, Wi-Fi for the handhelds and cabling that survives a refit, for one shop or an estate of eighty.
What we fit for retail & multi-siteAftercare & projects
Cameras, phones, Wi-Fi and cabling rolled out across an estate of stores or sites, one consistent design, one team, one point of contact for head office.
Rolling a system out across twenty or eighty sites is a different job from fitting one. The kit is the same; the work is in the planning, the consistency and the paperwork.
We start with a design that will work at every site, then survey each one for the differences: where the cabinet goes, what the building is made of, which door the delivery comes through. Kit is pre-staged in the workshop, so handsets, cameras and access points arrive at the site already configured and labelled. Days are route planned from whichever of our bases is nearer, so several sites go live in a day and each one knows when to expect us.
Every site is handed over the same way: a working system, its kit logged into the register, and a plain note to the site contact and your IT team saying what was done. Head office follows the whole programme in a rollout tracker in the portal, so the question of where things are up to never needs an email.
Because we fit cameras, phones, Wi-Fi and cabling, one rollout can cover all of them, with one team on site and one company to call afterwards.
It depends on the job and the distance between them. For a phone or camera install in a typical store, several sites in a day is normal once the kit is pre-staged; we plan the route so the day works and the sites know when to expect us.
For a rollout, yes. We work from Scarborough and Sheffield and most of our day to day work is across Yorkshire and the Midlands, but an estate is an estate: we have worked from the far north to Wales for the same customer, with overnight trips where that makes the days efficient.
Through a rollout tracker in your portal: every site, its status, its kit and its paperwork in one place, so nobody is chasing spreadsheets.
A working system, the same as every other site, and a plain handover note to the store or site contact saying what was done and anything they need to do next, such as taking a call forward off.
